    No Lemon Guarantee:

Manufacturers have admitted that a very small percentage of their materials come from the factory with some kind of defect. We guarantee that when the materials we have installed are maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and they fail within the first five years, we will replace them free of charge.
